If a buyer does not provide his/her business firm's GST Registration Number., then addition of GST number to his invoice later is at the sole discretion of Wholesalebox and possible only within same calendar month. In the same manner, if GST details are provided for an order, we will automatically update the GST number in subsequent orders placed from same mobile number and removal of the same may not be possible after the same calendar month.

Eligibility of Use

The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the Wholesale Box system. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if You are below the age of eighteen (18)years, You may avail the Services provided by Wholesale box through Your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws.
Wholesale Box reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Website to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.
You shall not have more than one active Account on the Website. Additionally, You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring Your Account to another party.

User Account, Password and Security

The Website requires You to register as a User by creating an Account in order to avail of the Services provided by the Website. Pricing Information

You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website.You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by You,i.e. in any transaction, You must use Your own credit/ debit card. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verification or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/ debit card details. Wholesale Box expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/ debit card.

Disclaimer

Pricing on any product(s) as is reflected on the Website may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by the seller may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event seller may cancel such your order(s). You release and indemnify WholesaleBox and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users of the Website and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, WholesaleBox cannot take responsibility or control the information provided by other Users which is made available on the Website. You may find other User's information to be offensive, harmful, inconsistent, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and practice safe trading when using the Website.

User Obligations

• Buyers showing interest in credit facility from Wholesalebox and/or its NBFC partners by entering on the credit application section by clicking the menu option or banner, authorize Wholesalebox or its agents or partners to pull buyer's Credit Bureau score and this will get reflected in user's credit history as an inquiry, even if the credit application is not successfully processed or rejected.
• Wholesalebox and its NBFC partners reserves full rights to approve or reject and to assign limits based on their underwriting criteria and are not liable to disclose any parts of its credit policy under any circumstances.
• In case of a delay in repayments from the stipulated payment schedule and timelines, Wholesalebox and its NBFC partners reserves full rights to report the delay to the credit bureau and beyond a 7 days delay beyond the due date may also report this as a case of willful default hurting a borrower's credit rating permanently. Under no circumstances post such reporting to the bureau, Wholesalebox is not going to be held liable of any damage to the client's credit history and losses arising out of it.
• To approve better credit limits and for better underwriting, Wholesalebox may use buyers profile information using various allowed permissions from user's android or ios profile and the user gives all rights to Wholesalebox for using this data. 
• By Submmitting PAN card number, user is fully acknowledging and agreeing to, " I hereby authorize  and give consent to Wholesalebox Internet Pvt Ltd (WSB) and the associated lending partner/s, RBL Bank Ltd, and its NBFC partners, and all other related parties  to disclose, without notice to me ,all  information furnished by me in relation to the facilities availed from the lending partner/s to the lending partner’s subsidiaries/affiliates/ Credit Bureaus/Services Providers, governmental/regulatory authorities or third parties for KYC information verification, credit risk analysis, or for other related purposes that Wholesalebox may deem fit."
• User agrees that his transnational volumes on the POS Machines / QR Code / POS Billing software provided through Wholesalebox tieups may be used to assess the business volumes of the client and hence used in calculating the eligibility of his credit limits.  

• The Scheme is applicable exclusively for credit purchase between 01-12-2019 to 31-03-2020.
• Only those customers will qualify under this scheme who made re-payments on time as per the company policy i.e. 30 days plus 3 days grace period from the date of delivery. 
• ONLY VALID FOR - 98% payments with no bounces, no payment delays
• The sales value will be calculated basis of invoice value (Product value-Discount+Tax+Shipping) net of returns if any.
• Any order placed during the scheme period other than credit payment option will not be considered for the calculation of eligibility of scheme. 
• Wholesalebox reserves the right to disqualify any customer who has not acted on good faith basis

• Business buyers from Wholesalebox can resell "UNBRANDED" goods to any online commerce.
