Wholesale Box shall not be required to notify You, whether as a registered user or not, of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions.The revised Terms and Conditions shall be made available on the Website. Your use of the Website and the Services is subject to the most current version of the Terms of and Conditions made available on the Website at the time of such use. You can determine when Wholesale Box last modified the Terms of Use by referring to the "Last Updated" legend above. It shall be Your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Wholesale box may require You to provide Your consent to the updated Terms and Conditions in a specified manner before prior to any further use of the Website and the Services is provided on the Website. If no such separate consent is sought, Your continued use of the Website, following changes to the Terms and Conditions, will constitute Your acceptance of those changes.

If a buyer does not provide his/her business firm's GST Registration Number., then addition of GST number to his invoice later is at the sole discretion of Wholesalebox and possible only within same calendar month. In the same manner, if GST details are provided for an order, we will automatically update the GST number in subsequent orders placed from same mobile number and removal of the same may not be possible after the same calendar month.

Referral Terms and Conditions

The Wholesalebox Referral Program (the “Referral Program”) allows Wholesalebox Customers to receive promotional credits by referring their friends to use Wholesalebox’s Services. To participate, Wholesalebox members must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”), which become part of the Wholesalebox Terms of Service, and which govern your participation in the Referral Program. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that Wholesalebox’s Referral Program is not intended for and cannot be used by businesses or individuals for affiliate lead generation and that Referral Links (defined below) cannot be posted on discount websites. Both you and the referred Customer must be eligible to use Wholesalebox’s Services to be eligible for the Referral Program.

How to Receive referral credits

Customers can receive 3% of order value (for one year, for orders placed by referred customer) credit directly in their operating bank account, if: (i) you as a Wholesalebox Customer send someone you know a unique Referral Program code that was provided to you by Wholesalebox (“Referral Link”); (ii) the referred Customer clicks on your Referral Link and creates a valid Wholesalebox Account; and (iii) the referred Customer is actively using the Services by placing orders on Wholesalebox

If all these conditions are met and subject to compliance with these Referral Terms, you will get cash credited directly to your bank account.

Referral Benefits

Referral Benefits are issued for promotional purposes only; and will be transferred to your bank account in the form of cash. Customers can view their current Referral balance via their Wholesalebox Account settings.

Referring Customers are eligible to receive multiple Referral Benefits if they make multiple referrals that qualify for a Referral Benefit as part of this Referral Program subject to compliance with the remaining terms.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Referral Cash balance, please contact us at support@Wholesalebox.com. All decisions regarding Referral Cash balances will be final and at Wholesalebox’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any tax consequences that may result from the redemption Referral Cash. Where applicable, Wholesalebox may be required to account for GST on any Services for which the Referral Benefits are redeemed.

Prohibited Conduct

Multiple Referrals. A referred Customer may only use one Referral Link. If a referred Customer receives Referral Links from multiple Wholesalebox Customers, the referred Customer may only use one Referral Link.

Existing Customers Existing Customers cannot send Referral Links to themselves (for example, you are not permitted to use a different email address to send a Referral Link to yourself). Sending yourself a Referral Link and using that Referral Link to receive Referral Benefit on your Account is prohibited and a violation of these Referral Terms.

Applicable Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with using the Services and participating in this Referral Program. Any distribution of your Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of any your Account, exclusion from Referral Program, and forfeiture of any Referral Benefits in your Account. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots to distribute your Referral Link.

Severability

If any provision in these Referral Terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Wholesalebox may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or your ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any or no reason. The scope, variety, and type of services and products that users may obtain by redeeming Referral Cash can change at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend Accounts or remove Referral Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Terms, including these Referral Terms. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. Subject to applicable laws, if the Referral Program is terminated, any unclaimed Referral Cash will be forfeited at that time.

Updates to the Referral Terms

We may update these Referral Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the updated Referral Terms to the Services or through other communications. It’s important that you review these Referral Terms whenever we update them. If you continue to participate in the Referral Program after we have posted updated Referral Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Referral Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the updated Referral Terms, then you may not participate in the Referral Program anymore.
